Seg\u00fan los datos aportados por el Instituto Nacional de Carnes (INAC), la faena de porcinos se posicion\u00f3 en las 138.691 cabezas durante el a\u00f1o pasado, hasta el 28 de diciembre, lo que determin\u00f3 el incremento mencionado anteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La composici\u00f3n de la faena registr\u00f3 variaciones en las distintas categor\u00edas, con el aumento m\u00e1s importante en el volumen de cachorros procesados, ya que se pas\u00f3 de 31.385 cabezas en 2023 a 36.548 cabezas el a\u00f1o pasado, marcando un aumento del 14,8%. Esta es la segunda categor\u00eda en cantidad de animales faenados, mientras que los cerdos contin\u00faan siendo la principal, en este caso, con 80.280 cabezas, registrando un descenso del 0,9% anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los lechones sumaron 20.117 cabezas, subiendo 3,4% y los adultos cayeron 8,3% y totalizaron 1.746 cabezas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La planta con mayor actividad en el pa\u00eds, al cerrar el a\u00f1o pasado, fue Noesma SA (propietarios de la marca La Constancia) con 68.703 cabezas (49,5% de la faena nacional), seguidos por Tribicar SA con el 41,8% de la actividad a nivel nacional y Arroyal SA con el 5,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salto, 2 de enero de 2025<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La faena anual de porcinos creci\u00f3 un 3,3% en 2024, respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, con incrementos en la faena de cachorros principalmente.
