Estas acciones forman parte de los esfuerzos del Instituto para garantizar la calidad y seguridad de los productos c\u00e1rnicos ofrecidos a los consumidores en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INAC recuerda que aquellos establecimientos que no cumplan con la nueva normativa podr\u00e1n enfrentar fuertes multas e incluso la clausura parcial o definitiva. Para formalizar el comercio, simplemente es necesario iniciar el tr\u00e1mite en el sitio web de INAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se destaca el programa \u00abYo Cumplo\u00bb, en el cual participan todas las carnicer\u00edas registradas en el Registro \u00danico Nacional de Empresas C\u00e1rnicas (RUNEC). Este programa ofrece beneficios como capacitaci\u00f3n para los operarios y acceso a cr\u00e9ditos blandos para la readecuaci\u00f3n de maquinaria o instalaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los consumidores tienen la posibilidad de verificar la habilitaci\u00f3n de una carnicer\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de un c\u00f3digo QR incluido en el material gr\u00e1fico proporcionado por INAC.
