En dicho documento se presume que las importaciones \u00abseguramente alcancen el 10% del total\u00bb en el consumo interno durante este a\u00f1o. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo un trabajo del Instituto Nacional de Carnes (INAC) con datos preliminares al mes de noviembre, informa que la comercializaci\u00f3n de estas carnes en el mercado interno suma 61.468 toneladas, creciendo en 2.635 toneladas hasta el mes de setiembre, respecto al a\u00f1o pasado (4,5%). <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La composici\u00f3n de este volumen se distribuye en 58.637 toneladas de origen nacional y 2.831 toneladas importadas.  Se observan cambios en estructura de origen evidenci\u00e1ndose un aumento en la participaci\u00f3n de Brasil. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En octubre 2022, se alcanza el m\u00e1ximo volumen importado desde Brasil totalizando 452 toneladas, lo que representa un 86% del total del mes, con una disminuci\u00f3n del 17% en el precio promedio, respecto a setiembre, explicada principalmente por la ca\u00edda en el precio del producto brasile\u00f1o.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir marzo 2022, se observa la importaci\u00f3n de trozos congelados (suprema), convirti\u00e9ndose Brasil en el principal pa\u00eds de compra.
