En la charla realizada con especialistas en el tema, se pudo acceder a diversos conocimientos sobre cortes del delantero y trasero del vacuno y de carne aviar, sus aportes nutricionales y las mejores formas de cocinarlos.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad forma parte de un plan de acci\u00f3n de comunicaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 implementando INAC desde las redes de Carnes del Uruguay, para acercar a los consumidores a ejes tem\u00e1ticos sobre alimentaci\u00f3n y nutrici\u00f3n, h\u00e1bitos saludables y el complemento relevante para estar bien, el ejercicio f\u00edsico, con la participaci\u00f3n de especialistas en gastronom\u00eda, cortes de carnes y mejores h\u00e1bitos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso, la Lic en Nutrici\u00f3n In\u00e9s Arruti, el Chef Sebasti\u00e1n Barcos y el Dr Williams Hereu de Mercado Interno plantearon una cocina colaborativa, compartiendo los saberes sobre las carnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salto, 16 de setiembre de 2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el stand del Instituto Nacional de Carnes (INAC), se realiz\u00f3 una actividad con demostraci\u00f3n de cortes bovinos y aviar.
