Agr. Fernando Mattos y el equipo t\u00e9cnico de Mercado Interno (Viviana Rodr\u00edguez y Pablo Formento) retomaron las giras por el interior del pa\u00eds, con recorridas por carnicer\u00edas y reuniones con autoridades locales para impulsar los cambios en el mercado dom\u00e9stico en el interior.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante dos jornadas se han recorrido unas 10 carnicer\u00edas del departamento de Rivera y se ha mantenido contacto y reuniones con comerciantes, autoridades locales y productores rurales.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este marco, se desarroll\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n interinstitucional con la Intendencia de Rivera, con participaci\u00f3n de Ministerio de Ganader\u00eda, Agricultura y Pesca, Jefatura de Polic\u00eda, Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Seguridad Rural y gremiales rurales locales, para intercambiar sobre el nuevo marco normativo y de acci\u00f3n del mercado de carnes en Uruguay.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n se realizaron recorridas por carnicer\u00edas de Tranqueras y una reuni\u00f3n en el Municipio de la ciudad en la que participaron el Alcalde, Ministerio del Interior local, carniceros e INAC.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las instancias con los comerciantes se realizan para difundir los cambios que se est\u00e1n cumpliendo a partir de la nueva normativa de carnes en el pa\u00eds, en la comercializaci\u00f3n de carnes: <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reglamento Nacional de Carnicer\u00edas<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reglamento Nacional de Distribuci\u00f3n de Carnes y Derivados con Destino Mercado Interno<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creaci\u00f3n del Registro \u00danico de Empresas C\u00e1rnicas (RUNEC) desde el 21 de enero de 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:right\"><strong>Salto, 28 de junio de 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Presidente del Instituto Nacional de Carnes (INAC) Ing.
