Si bien se ha disminuido las compras de carne bovina un 25,4%, las compras de carne porcina han crecido un 12,9%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El valor promedio de la tonelada de carne bovina importada se posiciona en los US$ 4.326 al cierre de abril, en tanto que para la carne porcina es de US$ 2.585. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal abastecedor es Brasil con el 85,3% del total, destac\u00e1ndose por sus vol\u00famenes tanto en la carne porcina como bovina; en el caso de las primeras sube un 13% y en la bovina cae un 36.7%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paraguay que es el segundo proveedor de carnes a nuestro pa\u00eds, es responsable por el 9,71% de las compras de 2021, hasta el mes de abril.
