El consumo actual se ubica en 20,8\nkilos per c\u00e1pita, un aumento de 2,3 kilos respecto a 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\nacuerdo a INAC, en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os ha venido creciendo la participaci\u00f3n\nen el mercado de carne aviar importada. De un total de 70.342 toneladas entre\nel producto nacional e importado, el 4,43% corresponde a carne llegada desde el\nexterior, cuando en 2019 signific\u00f3 el 1,9% de las 62.776 toneladas carne aviar tambi\u00e9n fue positivo\npara el consumo, ya que de acuerdo a la C\u00e1mara Uruguaya de Procesadores\nAv\u00edcolas (CUPRA), los precios de este tipo de carnes contin\u00faan bajando. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En base al \u00faltimo bolet\u00edn del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edsticas (INE) la gremial informa que los valores del pollo entero ha ca\u00eddo un 2,65% en el mercado interno,
