La carne ovina permanece en \u00faltimo lugar del ranking de consumo, con 2,5 kilogramos por persona, por a\u00f1o.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consumo total de prote\u00ednas proviene mayoritariamente de la faena nacional, con excepci\u00f3n de la carne porcina, que tiene como principal origen la importaci\u00f3n. 72,5 % es de origen nacional y 27,5 % importada.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En materia de precios, en los primeros meses del a\u00f1o 2020 se mantiene el comportamiento alcista observado en el segundo semestre de 2019, donde los \u00edndices de precios de la carne evolucionaron por encima de la inflaci\u00f3n (exceptuando la carne porcina cuyo \u00edndice de precios evoluciona por debajo del IPC en todo el per\u00edodo). <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir del segundo semestre se produce un cambio en la tendencia, los precios de la carne bovina comienzan a descender y se observa estabilidad en las otras especies. La brecha con el IPC comienza a disminuir. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado de este comportamiento dispar entre semestres, el a\u00f1o 2020 cierra con variaciones acumuladas negativas, en t\u00e9rminos nominales, en los \u00edndices de precios de las carnes bovina (-3,9%), ovina (-8%) y aviar (-0,3%).
