\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto Nacional de Carnes actualiz\u00f3 las estad\u00edsticas del consumo en el pa\u00eds, donde establece un consumo per c\u00e1pita de 85,6 kilos de todos los tipos de carnes (bovina, porcina, aviar y ovina), lo cual marca una baja del 1.3% respecto a 2019. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de dicho descenso general, de la mano de la carne bovina y porcina, la carne ovina registr\u00f3 un consumo de 2,5 kilos per c\u00e1pita, al igual que en 2019. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a las estad\u00edsticas del instituto, los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os son los de menor
