De acuerdo a la producci\u00f3n realizada por el\ninstituto, la carne vacuna caer\u00eda un 9,1% en sus vol\u00famenes comercializados en\nel mercado interno, en tanto que la carne porcina descender\u00eda un 7,2% y la\novina un 24,1%. En este \u00faltimo caso el instituto solicit\u00f3 al gobierno analizar la\nposibilidad de eliminar el IVA para la carne ovina a fin de estimular su\nconsumo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La carne aviar es la\n\u00fanica que registr\u00f3 un crecimiento en su consumo, de acuerdo a los datos\naportados por los analistas este tipo de carnes creci\u00f3 un 14% de la mano de una\nmayor producci\u00f3n a nivel nacional y al crecimiento de la importaci\u00f3n, que lleg\u00f3\na representar el 4,4% del consumo. Tambi\u00e9n crece y se consolida la importaci\u00f3n\nde carne bovina durante el presente a\u00f1o, alcanzando luego de 5 a\u00f1os de\ncrecimiento ser 1 de cada 4 kilos consumidos en el pa\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego de un\ncrecimiento inicial en el primer trimestre, y el acuerdo de precios entre el\nsector privado y el Gobierno, se observ\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n y estabilidad de los\nprecios al p\u00fablico de la carne bovina y la aviar que contribuyeron a disminuir\nla inflaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el acumulado a\nnoviembre la carne bovina registra una disminuci\u00f3n de 2,89%, como consecuencia\nde la reducci\u00f3n de precio en la mayor\u00eda de los cortes, principalmente cortes\ndel delantero (asado de tira -15,2% y falda -6,9%).
